About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Google Cloud Specialist to join our Service Delivery Team. This senior-level position plays a pivotal role in the design, implementation, migration, and ongoing support of Google Cloud solutions for our enterprise customers. You will act as a technical leader, mentor, and trusted advisor—helping clients realize the full potential of their Google Cloud investments while contributing to the strategic growth and knowledge-sharing culture within our team.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need deep technical expertise in Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), outstanding customer service and communication skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. You are someone who can lead projects, think critically, and foster strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead complex Google Workspace solution design to meet enterprise customer business needs
  • Configuration and deployment of Google Workspace services
  • Plan and execute email and cloud storage migrations from legacy systems or alternative cloud platforms to Google Workspace 
  • Configure and deploy advanced Workspace security features
  • Act as an expert advisor to enterprise customers, recommending appropriate Google Cloud solutions to meet enterprise customer requirements
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, identifying and implementing opportunities for performance improvement 
  • Serve as an advisor to customers, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Support team members through coaching, technical guidance, and team collaboration
  • Configure and deploy advanced Google Workspace security features
  • Write GAM scripts to automate customer administrative tasks 
  • Provide technical pre-sales support for Google product demos and RFP processes as a subject matter expert
  • Monitor and stay current on relevant Google Cloud trends, certifications, and best practices
  • Other duties as assigned

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree, college diploma, or equivalent technical experience
  • 5+ years experience with Google Workspace configuration and administration
  • 5+ years of technical experience solutioning, configuring, and supporting Cloud services
  • Very strong communication skills with a high degree of customer service
  • Professional or Associate Google Workspace Certification
  • Experience with Identity Management (Google Cloud Identity, Azure AD)
  • Experience with basic script writing (Python, Powershell)

Nice to Have
  • 5+ years experience with Microsoft Exchange, Office 365
  • 2+ years experience building out GCP, AWS or Azure environments
  • Experience and knowledge with basic networking
  • Proficiency in French language skills both written and verbal
