Job Brief
Reporting to the Google Cloud Service Delivery Manager, we are searching for a Google Cloud Specialist to join the Service Delivery Team. Our Google Cloud Specialists are responsible for deployment services, consulting, and ongoing support of our customers. You will play a critical role in helping our customers to achieve the benefits they are expecting from their Google Cloud investments.
To thrive at StrataPrime, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) admin, or a Microsoft 365 admin with an eagerness to pursue their Google Workspace certifications and Professional Google Workspace certifications and credentials. The successful candidate will be both personable and technically proficient in the area of messaging and collaboration technologies. You always put the customer first and provide exceptional customer experiences.

What you will be doing
- Google Workspace solution design per customer requirements
- Configuration and deployment of Google Workspace services
- Execute on mail and cloud storage migration from other Cloud platforms to Google Workspace
- Configure and deploy advanced Workspace security features
- Analyze and recommend appropriate Cloud Identity solutions to meet customer requirements
- Troubleshoot customer issues and design appropriate solutions
- Write GAM scripts to automate customer Workspace administration tasks
- Provide technical presales support for Google product demos
- Other duties as assigned
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma
- Very strong communication skills with a high degree of customer service and focus
- 5 or more years of technical experience solutioning, configuring, and supporting Cloud services
- 5 or more years experience with Google Workspace configuration and administration
- 5 or more years experience with Microsoft Exchange, Office 365
- Experience with Identity Management (Google Cloud Identity, Azure AD)
Nice to Have
- Professional or Associate Google Workspace certification
- 2 or more years experience building out GCP, AWS or Azure environments
- Experience with basic script writing (Python, Powershell)
- Experience with basic networking
- Proficiency in French language skills both written and verbal
