Job Brief
As a Change Manager, you'll play a vital role in the delivery of Google Workspace, Gemini,  and Chrome Enterprise solutions. You'll help customers achieve the full value and benefits of their investment in Google Cloud products and services.

In this role, you'll provide domain expertise around change management and end user enablement. You'll build trusted relationships with customers and prospects, engaging with other team members to identify customer priorities and design solutions that deliver business value. Additionally, you'll assist with change strategy design plus lead change management initiatives communications and training. Your role as a change leader ensures  the successful adoption and utilization of Google Workspace by our clients. In the customer facing role, you will guide organizations through transitions, minimize disruption, and empower users to embrace new technologies and ways of working.

What you will be doing
  • Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive change management strategies for Google Workspace, Gemini, and Chrome Enterprise implementations.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs, readiness, and potential impacts of technology adoption.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs and communication materials tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote user engagement and knowledge transfer.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in change management and Google Workspace and Chrome Enterprise.
  • Define and create standardized change management artifacts, including training materials, communication templates, presentations, surveys, and feedback forms.


What we are looking for
  • 8+ years of experience in technology with at least 7 years of experience in change management.
  • Experience in consulting and services engagements.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with abilities to prioritize projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading change management initiatives, preferably in the context of technology implementations.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Google Workspace or similar collaboration platforms.
  • Experience in conducting needs assessments, developing training materials, and facilitating workshops.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Change management certifications (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) are highly desirable.
